Our waterbox support ring is constructed from a 1 inch wide strip of rolled 6061 aluminum and designed to wrap around most PWC waterboxes. We commonly use these support rings in conjunction with our universal tabs to create a hanger which support the PWC waterbox in the engine bay at its resting position. For unique applications these waterbox support rings can also be used with our strap tabs to create a cradle which can use the OEM rubber straps.

- High performance upgrade package with EZ Clean Intake Stomp Grate**
**Our high-performance upgrade package includes an intake loading plate that evenly distributes water to the impeller. Flow through the intake grate is increased by using thinner 3/16 inch chamfered intake bars, and we re-surface the internal flow path of the intake housing for improved performance. This upgrade is only recommended for high performance engines and pumps above 280HP. Using thinner intake grate bars does present and increased risk of impeller damage from larger debris running through the intake housing.
All of our intakes are also available with pre-welded, and pre-assembled driveshaft interfaces. If you are interested in these services please contact us before placing an order online. We will discuss options and details with you before you commit to a purchase.

Sea-Doo Fuel Pump Weld-In Ring
This Sea-Doo fuel pump mounting ring is CNC cut from billet 6061 series aluminum with internal and external interfaces that match OEM plastic fuel tanks.
Specifically cut with buttress threads that match the OEM fuel pump retainer ring, and an internal diameter that tightly holds the OEM fuel pump gasket, this design is better able to hold a fuel pump in position than other available products.
The wide flange along the bottom edge provides a good accessible weld joint. The flange is also a closer match to most fuel tank materials, making it easier to weld materials of similar thicknesses.
Please note: Fabricated and welded fuel tanks may be subject to inspection, testing, and mounting requirements in your local area. It is your responsibility to ensure that your tank complies with the rules and recommendations that apply to your jurisdiction.
