Description
The Minijet cargo rack is the perfect way to store bulky gear within the extra space of your engine compartment.
Designed to accommodate the awkward shape of a 25L (5 Gal.) jerry can, these light weight yet sturdy mounts are ideal for tying down bulky gear or using excess fuel as ballast on the opposite side of your permanent fuel tank.
Package Contains:
QTY 1 – Cargo rack cut to specified length
QTY 2 – Rack mounts and  stainless steel mounting hardware by default + 1 additional mount and hardware for every additional 18 inch increment added.
Please Note:
While racks are sold in 18 inch increments they can easily be cut down to 6 inch increments to fit the space within your boat.
If you wish to order multiple racks, every stand-alone unit should be added to your shopping cart separately.
For proper installation, a portion of this product must be welded to the stringer of your boat.

Minijet Inc Kawasaki Die Cast Intake Kit
Designed specifically for Kawasaki applications, our Minijet Cast Aluminum intakes are at the top of their class, providing a smooth transition and flow path for all water entering your jet pump, with a sturdy base plate that can take the strongest hits in any boat. We take pride in providing our customers with a complete intake kit that fits all donors, all hulls, and solves as many problems as possible in one package.
All Minijet Cast Intake Kits Include:
- QTY 1 Solid cast aluminum base plate / weld-in ring.
- QTY 1 Solid cast aluminum intake housing.
- QTY 1 Driveshaft support to suit your donor PWC equipment.
- QTY 1 Billet CNC machined pump adapter to suit your donor PWC pump.
- QTY 2 Integrated drain plugs in base plate, ready for use at the lowest point in your hull.
- QTY 1 tube of SikaFlex 291 marine grade sealant for final installation.
- All necessary installation hardware.

**Our high-performance upgrade package includes an intake loading plate that evenly distributes water to the impeller. Flow through the intake grate is increased by using thinner 3/16 inch chamfered intake bars, and we re-surface the internal flow path of the intake housing for improved performance. This upgrade is only recommended for high performance engines and pumps above 280HP. Using thinner intake grate bars does present and increased risk of impeller damage from larger debris running through the intake housing.
All of our intakes are also available with pre-welded, and pre-assembled driveshaft interfaces. If you are interested in these services please contact us before placing an order online. We will discuss options and details with you before you commit to a purchase.
